Delayed Honor a good read for a first novel

While Ed Wade may have been some kind of coach a review of that part of his life is not a topic of this book review. I enjoyed the fast paced action in the story, liked the ex Seal hero who gets things done and his Army helo buddy who is no slouch either. Interesting plot set in a small town setting with international terrorist reach. The big bang bad guy smack down was a good read with the bad guy getting his in a bank up mode. And the ending where retribution was served up to avenge KIA warriors from our hero's team left me in a good place at stories end. The reconciliation between the hero and his deceased father also adds a good personal aspect to the story. This could be a good beginning of a 3 or 4 book series if Author Wade chooses.

Would Read Another by Ed Wade

Very nice first effort, or 10th for that matter. Stayed up late to finish reading as it had me wanting to know how it ended. Good supporting plots kept me involved.
Best general compliment I can give is that I cared less and less about how well it was written (it was written well) and more and more about what was happening in the story. Good read.
