Flipping houses made simple

Great starter book! The basic concepts are defined on how to buy/sell real estate. The author defines the process in simple terms, being clear about who your team players should be and how to even find them. Well organized book, easy to read and follow. Definitely a must have to start flipping houses and making some money!

Wholesaling Homes made easy!

I really enjoyed reading this book and found it had lots of great tips especially on learning how to see if a seller is truly indeed ready to sell their home and what to look for with what they say and do. Time is always important and no one wants to waste time on sellers who do not pan out and the tips were excellent to weed out real potential sellers.
I liked the book because it shows how easy it is to wholesale homes and just about anyone can in fact do it with little or no money. The tips were clear and concise and had excellent pointers for all aspects on negotiating and closing the sale from start to finish. Definitely worth the read!

Information I've Always Wanted to Know Found in this Book!

I was so happy to have come upon this book. Always interested in real estate, I was thrilled to read about the process of how to flip a house and what exactly goes into it.
The book provides expert detail of the various things you will encounter when you decide to buy and sell a house. Investors will be glad to read a book like this and they will discover insider knowledge as to how easy the process can really be.
You'll love this book...I sure did! :)
